- 我们是谁 -

我们是些满脑子创意的建筑师和设计师，我们热情的希望通过作品来分享我们的灵感与知识。对我们来说，最重要的事情莫过于为人们搭建适于活动的独特空间。

街区是人、空间以及价值互动的场所，一处由不同形式组建起的街区可以连接人们不同生活维度的体验。我们之所以命名为独特街区（Unique Block），是希望可以通过我们的作品粘合起有类似需求和行为方式的人群。我们相信优秀的设计具有发掘内心的力量，让人们在文化的影响之外去创造，去延伸，去改变他们习以为常的生活方式。

生活是包罗万象的，是错综复杂的，我们希望通过有创意的有内涵的作品为人们提供生活中的不同体验。

- 设计与建造并行 -

为了以高完成度表达我们的设计理念，建造的细节显得尤为重要。Unique Block拥有一支由合格并且熟练的技术人员组成的建造团队。他们对于建筑师想要传达的设计理念具备超高的理解能力，并且可以娴熟、独立的阅读蓝图。

- 理解与概念 -

在项目中我们不断搜索，尝试为终端用户尽可能的丰富生活体验。我们试图寻找到人们的故事-从客户到终端用户，开启一段段人生旅程。这些故事使我们得以更深入的了解设计的意义，然后将所听所想转化为需求融入到方案中去。

“我们是否可以...？”这是我们总会提出的问题。设计中使用不同的步骤和切入角度以灵活的构思满足用户多方向的需求。

我们致力于通过作品传达给人们一种有创造性的体验，而不仅是对于个体建筑内、外审美的孤立表达。

保护中国建筑遗产项目

我们关心人类的重要建筑遗产。

在中国，它们是老房子、旧庭院、古寺庙、博物馆、废弃兵营或码头等。拯救这些有故事的老建筑，目的不仅是要以中国悠久的文化、风俗历史来丰富和复兴我们当下的生活，更是为了将这些珍贵的遗产尽可能完整的保存并传递给一代又一代人。让这个世界，在我们目不以及的未来，仍有人由于我们今天的坚持而得以发掘并重新定义这些与人类共生的居所，捕捉建筑在时间长卷中或许闪耀过的瞬间。

Unique Block为有机会支持并参与中国建筑遗产保护而感到自豪。

arewe?

We are creative architects and designers who have passion on sharing inspiration and knowledge with people via our works. What matters the most to us is to create unique spaces and places for people to stay with.

Block is places with interaction of people, spaces and meanings. it's about connecting these multi-dimensional experiences to deliver something special.

A unique block is the glue that binds people together with having similar demands and behaviors. We believe that design has strength to discover inside of people, and to influence over culture, it can create, extend and transform people with the communities they live in. Life is complex and different things matter to every individual. We hope people will love what we create and strive to create meaningful experiences that really matter in someone's live.

We constantly search for opportunities to enrich the lives of the end user. We seek stories from everyone - from the client to the end user, and unpack the journey. These stories are the keys that unlock deep understanding of a project. Simply put, what matters is listening.

How might we...? This is the simple question that we ask. We use different methods and approaches to create a raft of ideas that address the unmet needs of the user.

We focus on delivering meaningful experiences not objects. It's about building on each other's thoughts and inspirations.

Beyond the projects we represent, we are involved in the civic design conversations, through key events and our relationships with thought leaders in the preservation of architecture. Unique Block is a Supporting Partner of building up the program of Saving Architectural Heritage.

Saving China's
Architectural Heritage

We care about our important architectural heritages, they are houses, gardens, temples, galleries, museums, barracks and wharves in China. The purpose of saving these ancient sites is to enrich and revitalize people's lives with Chinese long culture history, and to pass on the precious places in collection to future generations to lean and discover. Unique Block is proud to supporting of the program set up for Saving China's Architectural Heritage.
